REACTOR OPERATORS Scott H. Bittner Steven P. Davis Michael W. Carlson Enoch H. Johnson, Ill SENIOR REACTOROPERATOR (SRO) UPGRADES William J. Parker Neil S. Turner The worksheet for all SRO applicants' experience is also included to facilitate your review.

The original signed applications and Medical Certificates will be forwarded* two weeks prior to the scheduled examination date of August 4, 1997.

As set forth in the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6), Form NRC-396, the Certification of Medical Examination by Facility Licensee is to be withheld from public disclosure.
