l I have been informed by the staff that licensees such as the University of Michigan are not required to submit procedures to the NRC. While the staff has copies of some procedures, the staff is not sure whether they constitute '

a complete set and which procedures are current or obsolete. However, the

{ staff has informed me that a complete set of current procedures are available at the University of Michigan for your inspection at no charge or for copying

at the charge of five cents per page. You may telephone Mr. Bob Burn, Reactor

• I Manager, or Gary Cook, Assistant Reactor Manager, at the University of Michigan ,

(313-764-6223) to schedule an appointment to inspect the procedures. .
