a.MiththeMTCmorepositivethanthelimitof3.1.1.4.a above:1.Establish andmaintaincontrolrodwithdrawal limitssufficient torestoretheMTCtowithinitslimitwithin24hoursorbeinHOTSTANDBYwithinthenext6hours.Thesewithdrawal limitsshallbeinadditiontotheinsertion limitsofSpecification 3.1.3.6.2.Maintainthecontrolrodswithinthewithdrawal limitsestab1ished aboveuntilsubsequent measurement verifiesthattheMTChasbeenrestoredtowithinitslimitfortheall=-rods withdrawn condition.

3.PrepareandsubmitaSpecialReporttotheCommission pursuanttoSpecification 6.9.2within10daysdescribing thevalueofthemeasuredMTC,theintetimcontrolrodwithdrawal limitsandthepredicted averagecoreburnupnecessary forrestoring thepositiveMTCtowithinitslimitfortheallrodswithdrawn condition.
