4. 6.1.6 Th e s txuctural integrity of the containment structure and C. with 10 CFK steel liner shall be detexmined in accordance Guide 1.163, dated Appendix J Option B and Regulatory September 1995.

3/4 LIMITINGCONDITIONS FOR OPERATION AND SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS 3/4.6 CONTAINMENTSYSTEMS CONTAINMENTSTRUCTURAL INTEGRITY LIMITINGCONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.6.1.6 The structural integrity of the containment shall be maintained at a level consistent with the acceptance criteria in Specification 4.6.1.6.

APPLICABILITY: MODES 1, 2, 3 and 4.

ACTION:

With the structural integrity of the containment not conforming to the above requirements, restore the structural integrity to within the limits prior to increasing the Reactor Coolant System temperature above 200'F.

SURVEILLANCE RE UIREMENTS 4.6.1.6 The structural integrity of the containment structure and steel liner shall be determined in accordance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix J Option B and Regulatory Guide 1.163, dated September 1995.
