Dear Matt Snider:

This letter refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) oversight activities conducted from July 1 to September 30, 2024, for the American Centrifuge Plant facility in Piketon, OH. During that time, the NRC did not conduct any inspection activities on-site that will be documented as part of the third quarter of calendar year 2024. The NRC did conduct a Material Control and Accounting inspection, the results of that inspection were documented separately as a stand-alone inspection report (ADAMS Accession # ML24226A445).

This letter and your response (if any) will be made available for public inspection and copying at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html and at the NRC Public Document Room in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding.
