Dear Kelly Fitch:

This letter is to inform you that effective May 2, 2024, James Downs has been assigned as the backup project manager for the American Centrifuge Plant. James can be reached at 301-415-7744 or via email at james.downs@nrc.gov. I will continue to be the project manager. In addition, Diana Woodyatt will support myself and James Downs in managing licensing actions for the American Centrifuge Plant. In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 2, Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
