This is to notify you that Mr. Douglas R. Bauder, Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer at Southern California Edison (SCE), has retired. As a result, effective October 12, 2023, Mr.
Frederic M. Bailly has been appointed his replacement with the title Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.
