Dear Mr. Ringenberg:
Enclosed you will find the pH and TSS violations that occurred at the Fort Calhoun Power Station from October 27, 1983 to May 15,1985 for Outfall 002.
We notified you in an October 27, 1983 letter of our intention to submit to the DEC a comprehensive written report including all noncompliance data at the conclusion of the extensive repair and modification work to the chemical and equalization decantation hol ding basins. During the construction period we gave the DEC verbal notification of all noncompliances on a regular basis. The construction and modification work was concluded this spring with full NPDES compliance achieved after May 15, 1985.
