Fort Calhoun Station Unit No.1 NPDES Outfall 002 Noncompliance Report This notification is reported pursuant to NPDES Permit number NE 0000418 for outfall 002.
The Water Treatment Plant basin content sample collected for oil and grease analysis during the release on December 5,1983 was lost and the oil and grease analysis was not perfonned.
Total suspended solids, pH, and flow information was obtained and were within limits.
