NPDES Permit Violation The Omaha Public Power District, pursuant to an agreement made by letter dated April 15, 1983, provides the attached information regarding non-compliance with the Fort Calhoun Station NPDES Permit Number NE 0000418. A copy is also being provided to the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.

NPDES Noncompliance Report for the Fort Calhoun Power Station
Dear Mr. Ringenberg:
Please find attached a NPDES Noncompliance Report for the Fort Calhoun Power Station, outf all 002 from a sample taken on flay 1,1986.
I This total suspended solids violation is the probable result of several high spots in the chemical equalization decantation and holding basins.
The District plans to dredge the basins as we reported to you on our I
quarterly self-monitoring reports submitted on April 29, 1986. This dredging should correct the problem, f
