Request for Scoping Comments The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is conducting a review of the environmental effects of renewing the operating licenses for North Anna Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (NAPS). Accordingly, the NRC is inviting parties who may be interested in the proposed action to consult on this matter. The purpose of the attached letter is to initiate Section 106 consultation with your Tribe.
