Dear Mr. Kirkland:

Reference 1 authorized Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo) to administer the initial operator licensing written examination on August 19, 2021. As a result of subsequent communications between Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) Gordan Ruby) and the NRC Oohn Kirkland),

the date of the written examination is being postponed to a later date.

Vistra OpCo will continue communications with Mr. John Kirkland and follow up with another letter informing the NRC of the exact date of the written examination (prior to the written examination date).

This communication contains no new commitments regarding CPNPP Units 1 and 2.
