CPNPPs last two exams were in 2019 and 2018. The 2017 exam was three exams ago.
This JPM was randomly selected from the CPNPP bank and then checked to see if it was on the past two exams. It was not on the past two exams so it was treated as a direct from bank JPM and NOT modified.
2 SA2: Perform a Shutdown Margin Calculation was arguably two exams ago, on the June 2014 exam, was it significantly modified/randomly selected?

Classify an Emergency Plan Event is just the title of the JPM. There are dozens of JPMs with that title in the CPNPP bank and they all fall under the same task SO1136.
This is a modified JPM that has the same title and task but a completely different EAL call than the other bank JPMs.
