Dear Mr. Kirkland:
Reference 1 authorized Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo) to administer the initial operator licensing written examination on August 19, 2021. As a result of subsequent communications between Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) Gordan Ruby) and the NRC Oohn Kirkland),
the date of the written examination was postponed to a later date and the NRC notified by Reference 2.
Vistra OpCo will administer the initial operator licensing written examination on August 26, 2021.
This communication contains no new commitments regarding CPNPP Units 1 and 2.
