In the Matter of ) Docket Nos. 50-327 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE 87-10 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, enclosed is a requested amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the technical specifications of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2. The proposed change revises the maximum acceptable pressure drops across the high efficient particulate air and charcoal filters in the emergency gas treatment system, auxiliary building gas treatment system, and the control room emergency ventilation system.

The proposed technical specification change is identified in enclosure 1. The justification for the proposed technical specification change is provided in enclosure 2. A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.

Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR Part 170.12.
