This is in response to your letter dated October 25, 1985, in which you subnitted your revised " Physical Security Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Icw Strategic Significance." We have ccrnpleted our review of your revised Plan and determined that it meets the requircments of 10 CFR 73.67 for fixed site and in-transit protection of special nuclear material of low strategic significance.
Accordingly, your Plan as identified above is hereby approved for impicmentation upon issuance of your revised SNM-1405 License for a lower special nuclear material possession limit. Said revised license will be issued by the Division of Fuel Cycle and Material Safety, and will contain a license condition requiring you to follow your revised security plan.
We have determined that the enclosure to your October 25, 1985 letter (i.e.,
your reviced Security Plan) contains infonnation of the type cpecified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) . Accordingly, pursuant to 2.790(d) (1), such information is decmed to be ccmnercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be withheld frcm public disclosure unless subject to the provision of 10 CFR 9.12.
