Enclosed are six (6) copies of IRT 4171013 " Application for Renewal of Special Nuclear Materials License SNM 1405". This document replaces 4171 005 dated September,1983 and 4171012 dated April 1987, This document reflects a major change in IRT's operation, in that we will cease to possess and USE special nuclear materials and will only possess and STORE special nuclear materials.
Also included are the answers to the questions contained in Mr. Pennington's letter dated November 9,1987, Each question is answered here and is incorporated h; this new license l
