Refer to our letter dated October 21,1984 signed by Linda G. Doudy, Contracts Manager, and the letter from NRC Region V dated January 17, 1985 signed by James L. Montgomery. (Included with this amendaunt request was a check for $150.00 to cover the amendment fee.)
- 2. A request for release of the Fast Spectrum Cell at the Linac Facility.

e A new Safeguards Plan for the protection of SNM has been written and is in the process of being reviewed. The Plan should be sent to the Safeguards Group in the next ueck.
