NRC Security Inspection - IRT Corporation This letter refers to a routine Safeguards inspection of your activities authorized under NRC License No. SNM-1405 conducted by fir. L. U. Ivey of this office on June 15, 1982.
It also refers to the discussion of the inspection findings held by the inspector with yourself and !tr. Paul itaschka on June 15, 1982.
The inspection included examination of activities related to your program for pratection against radiological sabotage and against theft of special nu. lear material in accordance with applicable requirements a
of Title 10, ode of Faderal Regulations, Part 37, " Physical Protection of Plants and flaterials," your Security Plan, and license conditions pertaining to physical protection as described in the enclosed inspec-tion report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and records, interviews with facility per-sonnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your safeguards and security neasures are exempt fror.;,ablic disclosure; therefore, the enclosed inspection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
We have determined that the enclosures so designated contain Safeguards Information and therefore are subject to the controls of 10 CFR 73.21.
