Materials License No. SNM.1405 is hereby amended to revise the possession limits for plutonium and uranium. Accordingly, Condition 9 is amended to include the dates of July 24, 1990, and October 24, 1990; Conditions 6F, 7F, and 8F are deleted; and Conditions 8A, BE, and 10 are revised as follows:
