'Ittis is in response to your letter dated October 25, 1985, in which you sutznitted your revised " Physical MtHty Plan for the Protection of Wni Nuclear Material of Im Strategic Significance." We have ocmpleted our rwiew of your revised Plan and detennined that it meets the requirements of 10 CER 73.67 for fixed site and in-karssit protection of special nuclear raaterial of low strategic significance.
Acomrdingly, your Plan as identified above is hereby approved for implementation upon issuance of your revised StH-1405 License for a lower spmini nuclear material Insession limit. Said revised license will be issued by the Division of Fuel Cycle and Material Safety, and will contain a license s condition requiring you to follow your zwised seatrity plan.
We have detennined that the enclosure to your October 25, 1985 letter (i.e.,
your revised M'Hty Plan) ocntains infonnation of the type specified in 10 CER 2.790(d) . AmrMngly, pursuant to 2.790(d) (1), such infonnation is h to be acumercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CER 9.5(a)(4) and shall be withheld frcxn public disclosure unless subject-to the prwision of 10 CER 9.12.
