NRC SECURITY INSPECTION - IRT This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. D. Schaefer of this office on December 3-4, 1992. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the preliminary findings were discussed with Mr. K. Crosbie, your Safety Director. On December 4,1992, the preliminary inspection findings were discussed with Ms.
Kathleen Terry, Vice President, Finance, IRT.
Areas examined during this inspection included activities related to the physical protection of Special Nuclear Material (SNM) as described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of records, interviews with facility and other personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within_the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your safeguards measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosed inspection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will.
receive limited distribution.
