In accordance'with our conversation of August 13, 1986, and pursuant.to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part,70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1405 is hereby amended to include Condition 16 which shall read as follows:
Condition 16: The licensee sha'1 1 maintain and. fully implement all provisions of the'Ccmmissicn approved Physical Security Plan, including any changes cade to the Plan pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 70.32(e). The approved Physical Security Plan consists of the licensee's submitted Plan titled " Physical Security Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Lov Strategic Significance ~ -IRT 4171-006, Revision 8," and dated October 1985. The Plan identified by this condition shall be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2'.790(d).
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
