At your request, I am sending you two copies of our Physical Security Plans: Revision 008 dated October 1985 and Revision 009 dated September 1986.
Revision 008 was my editing copy and it is all marked up but you can still read it.
On Revision 009, Iindicated the changes with a black hash mark in the right-hand border beside cach line that has been changed.

Dear Mr. Norderhaug:
Our revised Physical Security Plan was approved by Willard B. Brown in a letter dated January 24, 1986. This plan was approved for implementation as Condition 16 to our license, #SNM-1405, in accordance with a letter from William T. Crow dated August 13, 1986. This plan involved the storage and use of SNM at four facilities. We recently moved out of two of these facilities and moved the SNM into storage in one of the other facilities. There has been no decrease in the effectiveness of the plan for protection of the special nuclear material.
I discussed this riove with Don Joy in the Washington, DC, office, and under his direction, I am submitting this revised Physical Security Plan in accordance with 10 CFR 70.32 (d). Changes in the plan are indicated by a black bar in the right-hand margin. Enclosed find five (5) copies of the " Physical Security Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance". One (1) copy of the Plan has been sent to Willard B. Brown in Washington, DC.
