CONSIDERATION OF EARTHQUAKES IN THE CONTEXT OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS As follow-up to my memo of February 26, 1985 which requested a check of foreign practices regarding this matter, Mr. Hans Schechter, IP, called on March 18, 1985 to report that he has checked available sources in the U.S. (e.g., NIH, BPNWL, etc.) and has been unable to find any specific information regarding this matter. He plans to contact foreign sources directly but expects that it will take longer than the April 11-13, 1985 deadline we established.
