PROPOSED RULE CllANGC RELATED TO CONSIDERATION OF POTENTIAL IMPACTS OF EARTHQUAKES ON EMERGENCY PLANNING I have reviewed your memorandum of Septeniber 28 on this subject and agree with your proposal that the package does not warrant CRGR review because the pro-posed rule does not impose any additional requirements on applicants or licensees and is merely a clarification of existing requirements.
