, discussed today pertaining to the above subject:

1. SECY 84-394, October 10, 1984, and

2. A highlighted copy of the transcript of the October 23, 1984 Comission meeting to discuss the proposed rule on this subject.

The SECY paper is currently being revised by NRC Staff and Policy Evaluation to reflect the desires of the Comission expressed in the transcript. When available, I will provide you a copy of the revised SECY paper; the Comissioner wanted it by today, but it is still not finalized or available.
