CONSIDERATIONS OF EARTHQUAKES IN EMERGENCY PLANNING; FINAL RULE This rulemaking was reviewed by our staff at the proposed stage and did not impact infonnation collection requirements. We ve reviewed the final rule and it appears that we're amending infonnation collections by adding to the content of the Emergency Plans.

Please ensure that appropriate staff is apprised that an OMB clearance package must be submitted to and approved by OMB before the rule can be published.
