Change in Reactor Facility Personnel at lowa State University To Whom it May Concem:
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 6.6.2 (2)(a) of the Technical Specifications of license R-59, we are making this Special Report to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Effective February 16,1996, John T. Adams resigned and an interim Reactor Manager was appointed by the Dean of Engineering. Beginning April 1,1996, this interim Reactor Manager will also be appointed as the new Reactor Manager.
The new Reactor Manager, with his mailing address, is:
Mr. Scott E. Wendt 107 Nuclear Engineering Laboratory lowa State University Ames,lA 50011 In the process of appointment, we have determined that Mr. Wendt meets the requirements for selection to the position of Reactor Manager as stated in paragraph 6.1.4 of the Technical Specifications.
