Dear Sir:
'In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 6.6.2 (2)(a) of the Technical Specifications of license R 59, we are making this Special Report to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Effective July 1,1992, a new Reactor Manager was appointed by the Dean of Engineering. He replaces Richard A, Hendrickson, who resigned for medical reasons.
The new Reactor Manager, with his mailing address, is Mr. John T. Adams 107 Nuclear Engineering Laboratory lowa State University Ames, IA 50011 i,
- In the process of appointment, we have determined that Mi. Adams meets tha requirements for selection to the position of Reactor Manager as stated in paragraph 6.1.4 of the Technical Specifications.
