The updating involved changes that are reportable under the provisions of 10 CFR S0.54(p)(2). The changes are documented in detall for Insertion at the end of the Plan. The changed are divided into two groups; one involves substantive changes while the other makes improvements and corrections that are purely editorial in nature. None of the proposed changes reduces the effectiveness of the Security Plan: however, the substantive changes will not be )mplemented until they are approved by NRC.
