This Design Report detailed our commitments for design, procurement, fabrication and construction related to the addition of two safeguards emergency diesel generators, upgrade of the safeguards electrical distribution system and upgrade of the #121 cooling water pump to become a swing safeguards pump.

Enclosed is Revision 2 of the project Design Report submitted for NRC Staff information. Revision 2 contains both revised and additional information necessary to bring the Des gn Banort up to date.

Responses and other pertinent information resulting from NRC Staff requests for additional information have been included in Revision 2.
