% //

On December 30, 1981, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board ordered filing of objections to the Board's December 11, 1981 Memorandum and Order on Florida Cities' motion for partial summary disposition by January 13, 1982; replies to these ob-jections were due on January 22, 1982. Owing to the severe weather, counsel for Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) did not receive a copy of Florida Cities' objections until January 15, 1982. Accordingly, FPL requests that the Board extend the time for parties' reply to objections to and including Tuesday, January 26, 1982.

Counsel for Florida Cities and NRC Staff have represented to counsel for FPL that tney have no objection to the requested extension.

Respectfully submitted, 730 s
