MOTION FOR LEAVE TO INCORPORATE BY REFERENCE Florida Cities respectfully move to incorporate by reference 1/ in the record in the above-captioned proceeding, the April 14,1976 Affidavit of Robert E. Bathen re: FPL Company Nuclear Units, NRC Docket Nos. P-636A and 50-389A and the supple-mental affidavit of August 4, 1976 in NRC Docket Nos. 50-335A, 50-389A, 50-250A and 50-251A.
The affidavits of lir. Bathen were initially filed as an attachment to Florida Cities' petition to intervene in Florida Power & Light Company, Docket No. P-636A (South Dade), and Docket Nos. 50-335A, et al.
Cities request its incorporation here because it is referenced in the affidavit of Mr. Bathen filed on this date as an attachment to Cities' filings pursuant to the Board's December 11, 1981 Order.
Cities propose to incorporate it by reference, in lieu of filing additional cop ies, in order to avoid excessive duplication.
Should the Board, or any party, wish an additional copy, they will be pro-vided as requested.
