3 June 1988 Motion for Amendment of Hearing Schedule Intervenor states that he is unable to comply with the schedule as outlined in Memorandum and Order of 20 May 1988. Under 10 C.F.R.
@2.711(b). Intervenor asks that the Board amend the hearing schedule by extending each deadline by ninety deys.
In support of this Motion Intervanor list the following factors for requesting additional time to show that the good cause requirements have been mett
- 1) Intervenor is acting as a pro se litigant and his full-time job and other work activites severely interfere with his meeting this schedule.
I 2)
Intervanor is still seeking legal counsel and feels he will be unable to do so by this schedule.
- 3) None of the parties will be adversely effected by the granting of this Motion. The Amendment to rcrack has already been issued and Licensee has already raracked. Thus this process will not be effected or in any way delayed.
