NRC STAFF MOTION ON BEHALF 0F THE PARTIES FOR A MODIFICATION OF SCHE 0lfLES Counsel for the NRC Staff on behalf of the parties to this proceeding hereby moves the Licensing Board. for the reasons previously oiscussed with the Licensing Board, for a modification of the present schedules in this matter.
It is requested that the direct written testimony of the witnesses presently scheduled to be filed on or before November 22, 1980 now be filed on or before December 20, 1988 and that the hearing on the issues remaining in this proceeding commence on Tuesday, January 24, 1989 instead of Dacember 6, 1988. Counsel for the Staff states that this motion is filed with the agreement and support of all the parties to this proceeding.
