REQlJEST FOR A POSTPONEMENT OF HEARING AND ORAL ARGUMENT FOR AN ADDITIUNAL 90 DAYS In a MEMORANDUM AND ORDER dated February 18, 1988 oral argument was scheduled to take place on March 29, 1980 in order to give Petitioner an opportunity to respond to objections of the Applicanc and Staff.

Petitioner has not had an adequate amount of time to prepare for said hearing both bechuse there was inadequate advance no'. ice i of the proposed hearing and because the hours during which the public document room are apen to the public are too restictive to allow Petitioner an opportunity to adequately examir.e documents.

Petitioner is employed in a full-time position during norsal business hours and lack of access to revelvant documents during non-business hours has delayed praparation of Petitioner's response to Apilicant and Staff's objections.

Petitioner hereby requests an extention until the 29th day 1
