ORDER (Setting Date for Evidentiary Hearing)
This Order provides notice to the parties and interested state that the Board will conduct the evidentiary hearing on the contentions admitted in this proceeding beginning at 9:00 AM, EDT, on Monday, July 21, 2008, at the Windham County Courthouse in Newfane, Vermont.
Hearings will continue as necessary up to, and including, Friday, July 25, 2008. The Board will provide additional information regarding the hearing at a later date. All other dates previously set aside for a possible evidentiary hearing in this proceeding can now be released.
As a contingency, the Board directs the parties and interested state to inform us of their anticipated schedule conflicts in August and September 2008, including the reasons for these conflicts, no later than April 4, 2008. Conflicts involving the availability of witnesses should be
2 listed by contention. If additional time is required for the evidentiary hearing for any reason, this information will allow us to schedule further sessions without unnecessary delay.
