ORDER The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which is participating in these proceedings as an interested state, has filed a petition for review of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards Initial Decision LBP-08-22, in the license renewal proceeding for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, and of the Boards Partial Initial Decision LBP-08-25, in the license renewal proceeding for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station.
Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(e), the time within which the Commission may rule on the petitions for review is hereby extended until further notice.
