NOTICE AND ORDER (Scheduling and Providing Instructions for Oral Argument)
Before the Board is a request for a hearing and petition to intervene submitted by the Vermont Department of Public Service on behalf of the State of Vermont.1 The Board will hear telephonic oral argument concerning contention admissibility on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EDT.
The Board expects that argument will consist primarily of responses to the Boards questions. Although the parties should be prepared to answer questions relating to all matters in their pleadings, in particular they should anticipate addressing whether Contention 2 is admissible regardless of whether the Commission reconsiders Entergys exemption request.2 1
