Before the Board is a request for a hearing and petition to intervene submitted by the Vermont Department of Public Service on behalf of the State of Vermont.1 The Board will hear telephonic oral argument concerning contention admissibility on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EDT.

The Board expects that argument will consist primarily of responses to the Boards questions.
