ORDER The New England Coalition (NEC) seeks an extention of time to file a request for hearing and petition for leave to intervene in the captioned matter.1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(b), I extend the time for NEC to file a hearing request and petition to intervene until June 27, 2017.
