(Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station)

ORDER The Commission has received a petition seeking review of several issues associated with use of decommissioning trust funds at Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station.1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(a), this order sets a schedule for further briefing. Any answers to the petition may be filed by Monday, December 7, 2015. Any reply to an answer may be filed by Thursday, December 17, 2015.
