ORDER (Adopting Proposed Transcript Corrections)
Oral argument on the admissibility of the State of Vermonts proposed Contentions I, II, III, and IV1 was held telephonically on Tuesday, July 7, 2015.2 On July 20, 2015, the participants to this proceeding, Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff, and the State of Vermont, jointly filed proposed corrections to the transcript of the oral argument.3 The participants state that the proposed transcript corrections are necessary to either fix material errors in the transcript or to ensure 1

that the transcript accurately reflects statements made during the oral argument.4 The Board has reviewed the participants proposed corrections and approves the corrections as set forth in Appendix A to this order. The participants proposed transcript corrections are hereby adopted and the July 7, 2015 transcript is revised as set forth in Appendix A.
