On December 15, 2008, the New England Coalition, Inc. (NEC) filed a motion for a second extension of time in which to file a motion for reconsideration of the Boards Partial Initial Decision issued on November 24, 2008.1 The motion is based on difficulties created by the severe ice storm that recently affected New England. The motion is granted. NECs deadline for filing a motion for reconsideration is extended to December 17, 2008. In addition, the deadline for filing answers thereto is extended to January 7, 2009.
