REQUEST FOR HEARING SUBMITTED WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST OF ENTERGY NUCLEAR VERMONT YANKEE, LLC. AND ENTERGY NUCLEAR OPERATIONS, INC. FOR VERMONT YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION (DOCKET NO. 50-271)
The Office of the Secretary received a request for hearing in response to the license amendment request of Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC. and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. for Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Docket No. 50-271), which was published in the Federal Register at 79 Fed. Reg. 73106 (December 9, 2014).
The request, which was submitted via E-filing on February 9, 2015, was filed by Aaron Kisicki on behalf of the State of Vermont. The request and its supporting documents can be found in ADAMS under package accession number ML15040A723, and are also available on the Electronic Hearing Docket.
