Dear Mr. Rad:

By letter dated January 10, 2017, NuScale Power, LLC (NuScale) submitted topical report (TR)

Non-Loss-of-Coolant Accident Analysis Methodology, TR-0516-49416, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval. This TR supports the Design Certification Application that was submitted by NuScale on January 6, 20171. By letter dated November 26, 2019, NuScale submitted Revision 2 of this TR.

The NRC staffs safety evaluation (SE) for TR-0516-49416, Revision 2, is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) under Accession No. ML20044E082 (Package).
