Dear Commissioners:

I am writing for the Campaign For A Nuclear Free Philippines, which sent in a testimony regarding the Philippine Nuclear Plant License. On page 2 of the testimony there is a mistake which I would like to correct. In the second sentence of the fourth para-graph the sentence should read: As the United States has solely provided the technical expertise and consultation (including the plant design), and the financial means by which to carry out the project, just where can the United States' responsibility for the potentially devastating consequences inherent in the export of a nuclear reactor be said to end?
