Dear Sir:
In support of the rights of the Filipino People I urge you to deny an export licens to Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
Both the New York Times and the brief prepared by the citizens group, Friends of the Filipino People, point up an attitude of disreguard for the good health and safety of human beings.
Furthermore, in the interest of world security, I object to the proposal to make nuclear materials available to the Marcos regime.
The NRC must insure that economic advantage is not accepted as the ultimate good considered.
