I recently acouired very distyrbing information tha t the U.S. is selling a nuclear reactor to the Philippines. Clearly, considerr.tions of environment, health andsafety issues have been ignored if we can not resc hte these in our own affluent nation. But in addition, we need to stop supporting a repressive government that permanently silences dissidence. This country and other underdeveloped countries need employment for many and improved sources of food, the basic survival techniques.

I ask that we stop proliferating U.S. self-serving interests and begin a real campaign in Human Rights.
