Enclosed herewith are forty (40) copies of the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station Licensed Operator Requalification Program (10 CFR 55, Appendix A) for your review and approval. This document submittal, which was previously discussed with members of your Staff, includes:

Procedure SP12.014.07, Licensed Operator Requalification Proaram - Attachment I Requalification Training Program - Attachment II Requalification Training Schedule - Attachment III The referenced proaram is based on an operations schedule utiliz-ing a six (6) crew shift rotation, with the individual crews designated as "A" through "F". One (1) week requalification train-ing sessions are conducted for six (6) consecutive weeks, with each crew rotating into the training schedule for their respective scheduled period. Classroom schedule is based on a five (5) day, forty (40) hour training week with the exception of weeks 83-1 and 83-3, which were offered as four (4) day, thirty-two (32) hour training periods. All license holders attend two (2) weeks per year of Simulator Trainina, Sessions 93-2 and 83-7, which include thirty (30) hours of simulator time ner week for a total of sixty (60) hours per year.
